I am developing a nonprofit Foundation dedicated to the memory of a great Bahamian and Teacher...Late Stanley D. Miller to assist in the development of The Youth here in The Bahamas and Caribbean. My goal is to identify young talent in the visual Arts and assist in nurturing and developing their craft to achieve gainful employment or assistance in furthering their education.
Programmes to include hands on exercises whereby individual creative talents are tapped with the assistance of volunteer professionals and guest Artists.Students will be involved in the production of :oil and acrylic paintings of land and seascapes,portraits,sculpturing,and handicraft.
The programme is to be situated at "BahamiantouhStudios", designed / built by Alex Miller a self taught Artist.The goal is to enrol twenty five participants at the initial phase of this endeavour.
